One of the best albergue and surrounding I have ever stayed in Camino Frances, the facility is not fancy at all, very basic & simple, only curtain for shower with 1 shower only for woman. But pilgrims are not many so which is fine. The village is so beautiful even though a lot of houses are on sale with less people living, still highly recommended to walk around to visit the playground. It is a public albergue but allows reservation, cash only. Dinner+ bed 17€.
Beautiful old building Very creaky at night Nice garden and place to hand wash and dry clothes Bunk beds were comfortable and separated 4 per cubicle, quite close together but the hostel wasn’t busy when we were there €8 euros a bed €7 for 3 course pilgrim menu we didn’t eat so no comment on the food but good price
Very nice and cosy albergue. Friendly and helpful hospitalero. Clean room with bunk beds. Sanitaries next to the room with uncomfortable open ceiling.
Very relaxing Garden. Beer for 1€ 👍
