I stayed here when walking the Camino Francés as the albergue is closed during the winter months. Really nice room with four single beds and ensuite bathroom. Friendly staff especially given my lack of anything more than basic Spanish. There's a small bar which serves decent drinks and although I didn't have anything the food looked ok. However the 13€ menu in the restaurant was a real let down. If this is the standard of food that they serve their regular guests then no wonder that the restaurant was almost empty.

I ate lunch here. The €16 menu was great value, but I paid a bit extra for the lamb leg - well worth it and the service was very good.

Sorry I didn't go for dinner as I was too tired that day. But my son said it was delicious. Breakfast was very affordable and I took away a pot of coffee and it only charged me €2. Thanks again!

La Posada is different to other hotels. It is authentic and simple, and it has a charm of the past embedded in it. We do not always look for places like La Posada, but it is worth spending some time there. The location is top and the Colegiata and the Albergue de los Peregrinos, or Pilgrim’s Hostel, make the visiting perfect. If you like to walk there are a lot of options in the forests nearby. For dinner there is a menu, simple but rich, with wine and water. There is also a bar. And the price is really good. Rooms are OK; I was in one with two beds, and you can see that the time passes in some details. But overall, their experience is really good to try. Service is really top and the people staying at La Posada is a mixture of Pilgrims, well, the majority of them, and people like me who like to go to the mountains and look for special places. Raquel at the reception was superb

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is reasonable with big portions and good taste. The price is ok. But the room has been a huge disappointment. It was small, the small window has been half covert by a closet and the small bed for 2 persons has been extremely saggy and hollow, it has been nearly impossible to sleep without pain. Additionaly, the heating for the building has been nearby and was very loud a d disturbing. The noise occhfdd until 10 pm and started again at 7 am. The bathroom and the shower have been good and clean. But overall this room is the money not worth!
