We had a wonderful time at A Casa da Botica on our Camino. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was amazing, the host (Cristian) was delightful. The garden looks out over the river and is a nice spot to relax. Thanks for everything, it felt like home!
The old monastery apothecary. Lovely clean large rooms. Very attentive owners. Good breakfast. Good location.
The old pharmacy converted to great hotel on the way to Santiago. Service and cleaning on the top of the scale. The best feature is the temperature control in the rooms which works and give you great rest time. Breakfast in the form of buffet with good quality of local food.
I stopped there while walking the camino. if you are looking for a luxurious, spotless and comfortable stay, this is it !! I had a room facing the monasterio, the view was perfect. Cristiano was also really nice and made sure I had everything. Also the breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommended.
We stayed in A Casa da Botica in March while walking the camino. The place is beautiful and shiny clean and very comfortable. It felt very luxurious. We loved the views of the monastery and the lovely town from our windows. The woman was so nice to us. Many thanks, Dorothy and Charlie
