Albergue Sansol

Stayed at the nearby El Olivo hostel (Lovely also) but came here for a fantastic relaxing time in the peaceful walled garden followed by a fantastic 3 course paella meal E15 including wine. Erwin got out his guitar and sang. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Alburgue Sansol for the night and the place is splendid, food is great, company is great and beds were comfortable. But what stood out was the service. Had a mishap on the Camino where a gentleman took my shoes, Ivan drove along the entire road to Logroño to find him and swap the shoes and provided me with breakfast and coffee on the house in the meantime. Cannot be more thankful for the most welcoming stay I’ve had on the Camino so far.

I had a good experience in the hostel. Ivan geweerd me very open en With enthusiasm. I declined the offer for food and in the evening I still dat down With the Other politieman just for fun. Hé still offertes me food and Some desert which surprises me a lot. The bed overall were fine and a clean location. I loved the village very much aswell. Thank you for the help. My best stay on the whole Camino. Iván and Antonio ( hope that it is right) two great people in the right place! So friendly, funny and helpful. Delicious paella, clean rooms, soap in the bathroom, everything was perfect. Thank you for celebraite birthday with us !!

We stayed in a different pension but was on a mission to find a place to have dinner in Sansol after a long walk from Estella. We found this albergue by accident and just went in. Our night went so special and wholesome after. The staffs were super generous and kindly offered us a paella for really cheap, cooked in front of us. I sat and waited in front of the pan, smelling and watching the meal to be cooked. It was one of the best paella I’ve ever had. The dinner was followed by free wine and sweet liquor, shared by people in albergue. We enjoyed the meal, drinks, and musics. I appreciate the owner who gave us a chance to meet people with delicious meal and heartwarming music played by him. thank you very much!
