It's access to the property, so it relies on good communication. That was lacking slightly. Otherwise a good room and a great location.

Perfect place to rest after the Camino. Good value for your money. The service was excellent. We asked to check in a bit earlier. They were extremely accommodating. Check-in was unproblematic and smooth. Please note that you need to fill in an online form beforehand in order to access your room. Rooms have the typical galician style with taste, simple elegance, tradition and comfort. Location is perfect, and restaurants and other activities are immediate vicinity. We also had breakfast in downstairs, I do not recommend the churros con chocolate, though.

No reception on site. Big minus! Hard to get imminent assistance for the seasoned travelers. More like AirB*B type operation. Nov 17-20, 2023 room 23, huge mold smell lingering. The fridge, the ac, the radio are not working, and questionable bathroom fan probably causes the black mold stain and musty odor throughout our 3-day stay. We kept our windows open at all times. Health hazard unwantedly. Otherwise, great architectural features throughout the old stone building, and the great housekeeper lady for thorough daily upkeep. The Entrance Door did not acknowledge our password for 2 days, and each time, we had anxiety to arrive to the hotel. Close to everything, especially the church entrance for Misa. Very centrally located. Lovely gentle church bells strike every 15 minutes. Very soothing. If they wipe down the mold on all surfaces, with bleach, it will attract more visitors. We would love to, again.

The hotel is centrally located, and is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the wifi connection was good. The only negative would be that the hotel does not have a reception, bar or restaurant onsite and is more of a budget hotel. Overall, however, this hotel is a great value for the price and I would highly recommend it.

Best Albergue we stayed in. A stone's throw from the cathedral in the old town. Warm, clean and tea/coffee making facilities. Really well situated and would recommend. Lot's of character and a cafeteria attached if you want breakfast or a lite bite. Sell check in which was really easy. A great place to finish the Csmino and well priced.
