I got a single room - individual - for myself. The price was really low, so that is good. The room had great windows, so lots of lights and pleasant views. It was August, and in Spain it can get to 40ºC For the price I knew there couldn't be air conditioning, but they could have included a fan. They could charge 3 Euros more and add a fan / Ventilator. They provide no towels or soap. For the price it is expected. The problem is if you forget to bring your own material. Overall a good experience given how expensive everywhere else has become. They have a cafeteria, which is very handy and also reasonably priced. You are staying at a historic building and the surroundings are green. There is a 10 minute walk to the center of town but part of it is through a nice park.

Certainly a unique experience for tourist or pilgrims. Immense in middle age style seminary building, and shared bedrooms. You will feel like back to the old days. Shared bathroom is very clean, just some hot shower tap is a little old. Shared room is better than private room as more support, and better atmosphere.

We stayed in a private room at the end of our camino and couldn’t have chosen better. The Seminario exceeded our expectations as it’s very well organised: there’s a reception, a supermarket, a bar, a kitchen, a laundry service, vending machines, lockers, shared showers and toilets, common spaces. The view on Santiago from the room was spectacular.

High quality private rooms! Very clean and comfortable. Location is super- fresh air on park and only 15 minutes walk from Camino sertificate office (but up&down). Good english-speaking staff, friendly dining area and shop- workers. Must stay more than 2 days- good room rates (I paid booking.com price, what is 10% higher). Hope to visit one more time beatiful Santiago and Seminario Menar! Thank You!

Is a nice and classic place to stay, comfortable beds, plenty showers, enough space in shared rooms and lockers. The supermarket inside is small but enough. I really recommend to stay here, is a very organized place and beautiful architecture.
