Rooms are on the small size but clean and quiet. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Steps to the Cathedral. Many restaurants and shops within a5 minute walk.
I enjoyed my 2-night stay here in Feb 2024 after finishing my third Camino. The location is right next door to the cathedral. The rooms are small converted monastic cells (bedrooms), so don't expect space, tvs, or big bathrooms. For me this was the perfect way to finish a contemplative pilgrimage. If you are expecting a monastery experience this is an experience you must have. Beautifully preserved and full of history plus a great end to your Camino. Having said that, the rooms are tiny but manageable but the bathroom is extremely small and a scalding ready to happen and walls ate paper thin. I gave it a good rating because the experience of staying in a historical location could be a chance in a lifetime and the rates are manageable plus you can’t beat the location.
This place was average. We had finished the Camino and were looking forward to staying somewhere so close to the city centre, but we had a shower that leaked, blood stains on the sheets we were given, and a wifi password that came up as incorrect. Overall it was disappointing.
