rooms smelled like someone smoked 4 packs of cigarettes in 30 mins, toilets had poop on the seats and on top of that when we tried to get a refund the owner didn’t even said i’m sorry once! don’t recommend, spend your money in another place, put your lungs first
We stayed in room 311 for one night and were horrified to wake up at 1 a.m. to find bed bugs in our beds. Despite previous guests raising this issue weeks ago, the problem still hasn't been addressed. We contacted the receptionist, who was unresponsive. When we requested a room change, we were told there were no available rooms and no alternative solution was offered. We ended up leaving the hotel at 2 a.m. with no place to stay except the airport. Now, we are struggling to get a refund, and the hostel is unresponsive. Avoid this hostel until they thoroughly disinfect the premises and publicly acknowledge and address the issue. Bites are still appearing on my body and I'm just hoping that we managed to get rid of them
Basically this experience was ruined by the fact that our room had bed bugs. :( It was super sad. We called and requested a room change, but they did not give us one. This could be excusable if they were truly booked up completely, but still we were stranded in a room with bed bugs at 2 am when we discovered them. We were in room 311. The next day, they gave us clean sheets and blankets, which i guess is a nice thought, but the bed bugs do not live in the sheets. They’re in the bed. Overall, bad experience. Would not recommend for safety concerns and health concerns. In regards to their response about waiting for us to come to the front desk in the morning: they never told us (when we called about the bed bugs) to go to the front desk in the morning to request a room change.
There are bed bugs in the rooms. Also, bedding feels damp. I had to use my sleeping bag instead of their bed sheets. Impossible to sleep. Do not recommend for health and safety reasons.
There are a lot of bedwantsen in 311. We had a shitty night not perfect. Locatie yes oke but room is full of bedwantsen.
