Our train was delayed so we arrive to Santiago late and needed a place to stay. This was an amazing choice. Honestly, I wish we got to spend more than 1 night here! The room was comfortable, a great size for 2 people, clean and accommodating. I can’t forget to mention the price! Incredible price for the quality. The service was quick and the people were friendly. I slept so well for this night! We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but the room was beautiful and had a great ambience. I can’t forget to mention that this hotel is also pet friendly! A must book if you’re coming to visit.
Fairly priced, cute little rooms with small bath. We had floor 4 and bumped our head a few times as in loft conversion. Friendly staff, had iron and hair dryer if you need it. Cheap breakfast although didn’t have.
A very spacious room with lovely views and windows which open enough to enjoy the fresh air. Clean and comfortable which is just what was needed after doing El Camino. Had a good night's sleep. Thanks 👍
Great hotel in a brilliant location near the city centre. It's also a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop to get to/from Santiago airport. The staff were really helpful. The room itself was cosy though the two beds were very different comfort-wise. One was very soft while the other was much firmer. The bathroom was quite basic but it had shampoo and shower gel in the bath/shower. The air conditioning worked well and helped us sleep comfortably. The breakfast was quite basic but had a lot of variety including toast, cheese, ham, tomato, yoghurts. The coffee machine produced really nice coffee too.
Paper thin walls. You could clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room. One of the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the other two were indifferent and acted like you were an interruption to their conversation. No coffee available in the morning you have to buy their breakfast to get coffee. Overpriced. The AC did not work at all. Had to open windows to get air and flies came in then. Very dated. Horrible vanity light in the bath. A dump for the price.
