There is no difference between deluxe and standard rooms. There is also no “minibar” in the rooms. There is a tiny “fridge” with water bottles that are not cold. I was told by booking.com that I would have a room with a bath. Very disappointed.

Lovely place around the corner from the Cathedral. Service was great, rooms were clean

Do not stay at this hotel. They say they have city views, but all you can see is a wall and then they move you to another room and all you can see is another wall of another building. (See pictures) The breakfast does not have any eggs or any other hot food since they don’t have a kitchen. I tried to get a refund for the second day of breakfast but they said they couldn’t. There is mold on the stone in the bathroom(see picture) so there’s a musty smell, so a health hazard. The rooms are also very small and they don’t have a refrigerator. They also say there’s a coffee maker in the room which there’s not.

We had a charming room in the attic. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. The reception person was very kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally located for pilgrims and they stored our bikes in an interior location. It was not enclosed, but adequate. Great place to stay.

Listen to the warnings of my and other reviews!!!! While, yes, this hotel is very nice and clean. Decent sized rooms and comfortable. Super close to the cathedral. HOWEVER, it is also conveniently located directly in between the local university and all of the late night bars. We did not sleep AT ALL the night we stayed here from the constant noise of the college kids going up and down the street. We were on the fourth (top) floor and it was still incredibly loud! We live in a big city in the US and are used too cars passing by, sirens, loud people, etc. But I have never experienced anything as bad as this. I'm talking screaming, yelling, fighting, singing - ALL NIGHT LONG. Note that the bars do not close here until 4:30am!! They got so rowdy the week we were there that they shattered the hotel front glass doors!! Upon checking out the next morning we made a complaint to the front desk. We got a very "what do you want us to do about it" response. They were clearly very aware of the issue, as they told us it was a common occurrence and contacting the local police does nothing. We were super disappointed to see a hotel, that is aware of a very major issue, not doing anything about it. Furthermore, they did not warn us ahead of time or offer us any kind of compensation for our complete discomfort and lack of sleep. Let alone even a simple apology. We would strongly and highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel!
