Customer service better than most. What makes this hotel better than the rest is their staff. They are absolutely focused on assisting you and offering you anything you need. We arrived early after walking into the city at 8:30am and they took our packs and dropped them in our room when ready. They made dinner reservation for us (luckily one of the best restaurants had an opening). On our departure, they held our luggage and allowed us to use the TV lounge until our train departure in the evening. Book the breakfast buffet; it's a good deal. The rooms are nice, clean, quiet and location is fantastic. I will always stay here when in Santiago.
It's a family run hotel. Very close to the cathedral, just 2 minutes walking . The staff is extremely nice and friendly, always willing to help. Natalia at the reception is amazing. Breakfast is very good. Congratulations!!
The lady at reception was amazing - above and beyond helpful. Providing maps, recommendations, information, taxi bookings. Reception is 24 hours. Fantastic central location very close to the cathedral. Beautiful historic spot
Wonderful small charming hotel steps from the Cathedral. The rooms are huge and include a nice covered balcony/lounge area with the ability to open the windows for some fresh air and ambience. The staff was professional and courteous, as were the other guests. It is centrally located and only a 5 minute walk to a public garage, which the hotel validates at nominal cost/16Euros for 24hrs. Jose was exceptionally helpful, intuitive and courteous at check-in.
Good location, not to far from carpark. Well situated for all the sights. Good room's. Girls on front desk very helpful. Reasonable breakfast.
