Hotel San Lázaro

Good hotel in Santiago. About a 25 minute walk from the center town. Really clean and quiet rooms, has a cafe/bar, friendly service. Nothing fantastic but a well priced hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel San Lázaro in Santiago de Compostella. The room I had was spacious, bright, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to rest after a long day of travel. The included breakfast was a nice touch and offered a decent selection to start the day. The hotel's onsite restaurant was also a convenient option and provided delicious meals. Overall, I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Hotel San Lázaro and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in the area.

Excellent experience. Dana Front Desk Assistant helped us a lot!! Also Chef Jonathan cooked an amazing breakfast!! My family enjoyed a wonderful visit.

It's a cheap hotel with spacious rooms and you can park on the street, very close to the hotel. It's 20 min walking from the city centre but there is a bus stop right next to the hotel and you can park easily. The staff is friendly too and the rooms clean. On the other hand, it's a bit far from the centre and the rooms very basic. The beds not that comfortable and there is no shampoo in the bathroom. Also the breakfast is very basic and if you don't go early half of the food is gone and unless you ask for it they don't refill anything. The coffee is also bad.

The staff was super helpful in helping us plan what to do during the day and in getting settled. It's far from the old town though; about a 10 min drive. The lobby, room and dining area were modern and clean. Their breakfast was extremely varied and totally worth it!
