Room was nice. Good view. Only thing was the tv was on the side wall. Location was great! Front desk people were very helpful.
Comfortable and clean and right outside the old town. Great value for your money. It just didn't have a common area and kitchen and the after hours check in instructions weren't very clear and accurate, so we still had to call the front desk person, who of course did take our call a d helped us out over the phone. I think it would make his life easier if we got better instructions and didn't have to bother him late at night.
Ideal situation for the bus to the airport. Friendly and efficient front desk. Clean, simple budget hotel. I had left my room untidy and went into town. On my return, staff had made the bed, changed the towels and cleaned the bathroom, which I didn't expect from a budget hotel.
Neat and tidy room. Very reasonable price. Great city centre location close to everything including public transport and hospital only a €5 taxi drive. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Accidentally left key in room and although reception was closed within minutes my problem was resolved by manager and accompanied with a smile... Vanesa from housekeeping was a true gem. Very lovely lady and an asset to the the business. We will definately be making this establishment our go to and stay place anytime we are in Santiago de Compostela. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable.
Wow, we love this place from entering the lobby. The reception was calm and our booking quickly done by the gentleman. The room was clean and beautiful thick towels was the cherry on the cook. Thank you .
