The owner was incredibly rude when there was confusion with the beds and kicked out our family of four. We stayed calm and were looking for solutions. He continued to yell at us and treated us so terribly. Never have I been treated like this at any albergue or hostal anywhere in the world. Really, really awful.
Good sized beds. Sheets, blanket and towel supplied. Good amount of room between bunks.
Great place for staying as a pilgrim. Friendly owner and employee. Very clean and comfortable beds. If you lean out of your bed you have a view on the cathedral. Very recommended.
Very clean place and short walk from the Cathedral after finishing the Camino. The staff was very helpful, you check in very short walk from where you stay. They walk with you to the facility and show you the amenities. The washer and dryer were nice and with complimentary laundry soap. Also, the kitchen had the basics supplies, microwave, water kettle, and dishes, etc. Only small issue is that the common areas transfer sound very well to the rooms, so if people are talking, you will hear it.
This albergue is more like a hostel. It is very clean, the showers aren't mixed, there aren't many beds in each dorm, and there is a big locker for the backpack. They provide a towel and linen for the bed; each bed has a curtain for privacy, a plug, a lamp, and you can sit straight on the bottom bed. There's a small kitchen (no stove, only microwave) and a small lounge area. The receptionists and the owner are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed it. It is also near a good supermarket and a nice park; a short walk from the cathedral.
