The entire building is lacking general maintenance, and it seems I was lucky because 2b isn't in particularly bad shape. Even so, it has cracks that prevent the bathroom door from closing, and several tiles are in poor condition, even though they don't hide it. The building has problems with cracks and dampness and needs cosmetic repairs. And then there's the irregular maintenance and cleaning.
The experience in this apartment was quite disappointing. The customer service was very unprofessional: they confirmed the day before that we could check in 1 to 2 hours before the official check-in time, but upon arrival, they made us wait at the door until 3:00 PM, which was very inconvenient after our trip. As for the apartment, it was in poor condition: the furniture and amenities looked quite old, the cleanliness left much to be desired, the smell was unpleasant, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall, it doesn't meet expectations for accommodation of this type, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We were there this past weekend and had the worst experience of my life. Everything was filthy, the bathroom ceiling was about to collapse, there were significant cracks in the walls, and the dampness was terrible. The double bed was about to break, the sofa bed was destroyed, the boiler didn't work due to a water leak, the hairdryer didn't work, the shower screen was broken, and more things I don't want to remember. And if that weren't enough, the host didn't even bother to answer the phone. It was a deplorable and disastrous experience. Don't choose this place, no matter how cheap they offer it. You'll regret it.
Absolutely not recommended. This place is completely unsanitary, damp, filthy, and utterly unclean. I've never seen anything like it in my life. It's a disgrace that in a country like Spain, where so many families depend on tourism, we find shameless people who squander all that effort and give the country a third-world image.
