A really nice hotel, basic but clean with everything y need.Water nice and hot. No air conditioning, we just left the window open. Breakfast continental style was quite adequate with good coffee. Nuns very cheerful, even spoke some English
The food is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The atmosphere is historical and the nuns are so sweet. We loved it!
It's 4.30 am I'm laying in bed and I'm cold. The sheets and 2 blankets are so thin they may as well be newspaper. The central heating is off. I've got a woolen beanie and T shirt on, and I'm still cold!! The room is incredibly basic, and I paid €40 for this?? I can hear the person in the next room snoring, showers and doors closing
Food was well below average, and I was overcharged on my bill. I suggest checking your bill and eating somewhere else. I had dinner and breakfast and but were just not very good.
So interesting to stay in. Had bunk 38. Shared meal served by nuns in habits. Trouble getting out in AM as all exits were locked down. Left via fire escape.
