The best hotel stay during my Camino trip. Hotel is situated on Camino path at the entrance to the town. Modern, stylish and pristine clean. Very quiet at night. Maite is very attentive and makes sure guests are comfortable and get everything they need. Optional breakfast, very tasty. Luxurious stay.
Hostel Atuvera cancelled my reservation more than a week after booking. They offered no help in finding other lodging. It proved difficult and more expensive to find replacement lodging. 👎
Modern, clean accommodation on the budget side - so perfect for Camino visitors. The hostess was one of the nicest checkin experiences I’ve had. The male owner/manager might want the relax a little, but she was very warm and welcoming. Wifi was patchy but the rooms/area was quiet with a supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay again.
I am walking alone. This winter on the Camino, and this hotel was recommended by a cab driver. The owner went way out of his way to be an excellent host and help me with everything I needed from dinner reservations to concerns over walking on the Camino. I can highly recommend this hotel With its crisp clean renovation. Everything is up to snuff. The breakfast was excellent and prepared on time had a reasonable price. I hope I have the opportunity to come back and stay here again.
Tried to cancel my reservation 2 days before arrival. I contacted the owner from hospital as I had suffered a stroke. Sadly my Camino was over. After 2 days in hospital I was able to return home to Málaga for further treatment. The attitude of the owner lacked empathy even threatening to denounce me. I paid in full and hope she enjoys spending the money.
