Very clean and updated rooms. Shower is extremely small but works fine. Remember, people, get that important email with the entry codes BEFORE you head out. They aren't too pleased with us who do not find the email before getting there!
Clean, sweet and good location! Amazing bed! Good sleep at Camino route
I wrote a negative review a few hours ago due to a misunderstanding in the reservation without being able to solve it until today. Today I deleted it. It was finally resolved after several calls. You have to have good will on both sides and I am an honest person who also has a hard time getting ahead. But it is very annoying. I always make reservations directly with the accommodations to avoid the 15 percent that the platforms take. Buen Camino 🙏
Entry on August 24, 2024. I already knew the establishment from a previous time. The pension was very well maintained and clean, the room was spacious and clean, this time with a bathroom inside the room which was a bit ordinary. As for the service, on Sunday afternoon I was surprised when I returned to the room because it was not made up, it can happen to all of us and I called the establishment and in a short time they cleaned our room and left it spotless and scented ( Thank you, Mr. Manager, for your efficiency and kindness). The unbeatable central location and next to the spur.
Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to end up sleeping in your car at 2 AM like me! I arrived at the hostel to rest after work days since I don't live here, but what I found was a surprise due to lack of HYGIENE. After three days waking up in the middle of the morning with itching and hives on my back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck... practically my entire body and I discovered what I already suspected, bed bugs. When I lifted the mattress, I found large, small, and even bed bugs on the wooden headboard. The owner's response? Incredible, he said it must be a flea that I had brought from outside, or a mosquito, when I already sent him the photos of the bites and it was clear that it was not a mosquito and that he had no more rooms. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, he tried to deflect the problem, without even a simple apology. But when I showed him the bed bugs I had found, he didn't even bother to offer a solution. With nowhere else to go, I ended up sleeping in the car, having to work the next day, everything was perfect. If you don't want to spend your nights scratching your welts and dealing with the owner's indifference, DO NOT book here. Better sleep in a tent or on the street, you will be safer!
