Fabulous little place right on the way in the old part of town. Excellent kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove top and microwave. Large area for dining tables and each bed has its own power socket. There is a lovely garden out the back with more tables and chairs. Plant of bathroom space including disabled access. It was not busy when I was there. Thoroughly enjoyed
Well located, spacious bedroom with curtains between beds for added privacy. Decent kitchen however we were told the kitchen closed at 8pm which seemed quite early for everyone to have finished cooking dinner. The kitchen also didn’t have hot water which makes washing up a bit difficult.
This is the 1st Alberque we have stay during our Camino started at Sarria to Santiago. The owner is super helpful and patient, which she knows that our Spanish level is so little but still putting the effort to explain to us on the rules and facilities, what to do next when we started our journey the next day.
A fantastic albergue. The hosts really care. I have never seen someone clean a place as thoroughly as the host here. The room was giant with many bunk beds, but they made sure each bed in the dorm had a power socket and that there were curtains to separate the beds and give people privacy. The stamp for the credentials was very pretty too ☺️
Best albergue in Sarria. The hosts José Luis and his wife Beatrice are such kind and helpful people. The bathrooms were clean and bunks comfortable. The garden/patio was so relaxing with a view of the city below. Would definitely stay there again.
