Hotel la Casa de Beli

We spent one night here passing through Burgos on our way to Portugal. Beautiful old house, very well kept. Pretty room, very clean. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, soft towels. Friendly host! 😊 Breakfast is complimentary - basic, but good. Highly recommended!

The private rooms here are amazing. The woman checking me in was very kind. However the food in the restaurant is lacking. I ordered a mixed salad, a hamburger, and a glass of wine. The lettuce of the salad didn't taste properly washed. The tomatoe and pickle on the hamburger were paper thin and basically non existent. The wine was watery and closer to vinegar. When told the guy it was bad he told me that is what you get with the meal even though I didn't order the menu of the day. Totally not worth eating here.

Great little hotel - room on first floor overlooking the front. Very clean, everything you need clean towels and toiletries. The bar and restaurant area was quite busy. We had a drink followed by a three course meal, very good value. Lovely fresh salad to start then main and dessert. Easy parking. We also visited Burgos (short drive), would recommend a visit to the historic part.

We were on our way from Northern Germany to Porto and had a stop here after 15h of driving. We were so happy to find a modern, cozy, clean room with a great bathroom. The host was super friendly and we had a great evening with cheap but very good food and whine on the terrace in between the locals and other hotel guests. Cute town, friendly people. So glad that we chose la Casa de Beli. 5/5.
