Albergue in an old building in the small village of Sarria. A good albergue with a capacity of around 40 people. I don’t remember exactly how much we paid per person — it was either €12 or €14, but it was very fair considering the place. Manuel seems to be a very good host and a genuinely kind person. Even though it must be difficult, he still seems to take time for everyone, which is quite impressive given the number of pilgrims. No problem getting hot water, which is really appreciated after a long day of walking. Very good Wi-Fi signal, even just outside. Check-out is actually at 9:00 a.m., so you have some time to pack your stuff — you don’t feel rushed to leave, which is great when you’re really doing the Camino. This is an old building right in the village. It was cool enough inside, so I didn’t have any problem with the room getting too warm from body heat. Downsides: The kitchen is just way too small — really not convenient. I’d recommend going out to eat if you can. It’s also not the cleanest place I’ve seen, so I wouldn’t recommend cooking there. Overall, I had a very good experience. I can recommend this place as a solid option.

Very clean comfortable Albergue, they don’t offer any pilgrim meal or breakfast but there is a restaurant nearby, very close to supermarket chemist and auto bank conveniently locatear the Camino

Manu is definitely an angel. The Albergue, although extremely old, is in pristine condition. He takes his cleaning seriously. There is a nice little kitchen with lots of utensils so you can make a meal. There’s even a bath tub downstairs which was heaven sent. He is softly spoken, very kind and considerate and I highly recommend staying here when arriving in Triacastela

Manu is a very kind, welcoming and considerate host. The albergue is very affordable (we payed 12€ per person) and well kept. Can easily recommend

A very warm welcome by the host and explanation of all facilities. Rooms have shared power and are rustic and charming. Kitchen is well equipped with stove and microwave, hand washing or machine and dryer, undercover clothes line.
