This is the first year I've had a terrible experience at this hotel. I've been going there for many years because my cousins live in León. I called to ask about prices, and a very rude girl answered. She told me rudely that it was the listed price, period. The next day I went to reception, and the other girl who helped me gave me a different, more expensive price. After calling back, she told me the same price as the rude one. I asked for a room with a double bed since I was traveling with a partner. She told me they didn't have any because they weren't very busy and didn't turn on the heating, so it would take a while for it to warm up. We agreed, but when we got to the room, I was horrified. The room was full of hairballs, the sink was dirty, the curtains were torn, and the pillow was filthy. There was only one roll of toilet paper for three days, and of course, the bed was in the middle of the room, so the curtains kept opening, meaning my partner had to sleep in their bed and I in mine. A disaster. I'll definitely go back to León, but NOT to Alfajeme!!
