Albergue Casa Baztán

They didn't provide disposable sheet on the day I was there, they used cotton sheet washed by themselves instead which was very smelling. There were no kitchen facilities, if you prefer not having the pilgrim menu, better bring some food like ham, bread, salad.... The breakfast were very basic, just a piece of toast, a tiny croissant, a boiled egg, a glass of orange juice and coffee. This albergue is not worthy with the price 15 euro/night even it is breakfast included, not recommended.

We stayed over for a night on our cycling trip and loved it.The host is very kind and helpful and facilities are good.Also they have littile pool which is amazing.

It is very hard to write a negative review for such amazing people, the family is very welcoming and nice. However, this place is in a really poor condition. We stayed here with 2 kids, the bedrooms had terrible smell, a mixture of mold and likely rodents. We had a dead mouse in the room, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Rough night, all in all. In addition, there is no communal space where you can spend the time in the afternoon, we ended up going across the street to sit at the bar of the other Albergue. However, again, the family was incredibly nice attending to our every need and doing their best serving a generous pilgrims dinner and helping out with laundry. We did appreciate that.

Maria and Cristofer are such lovely persons that really care about their guests. The dinner is great and the garden is a haven of peace. We will definitely come back.

Very friendly i loved the Spanish guys that where there. The dinner was very nice. There a nice bar also outside. The building is very old . The privet room was nice smell was not to good, and could be cleaner. But i do recommend.
