Awful experience. We stayed one night. One of the badly fitted bathroom screens fell on top of us and caused a lot of cuts all over my body to because it was badly fitted. When calling the owner, she did not apologize or ask how it had been, only after a while she brought a band-aid and left. We have tried to get in touch with them for a claim form and they do not want to give it to us, they tell us to go and listen to it there, when we are from Madrid. Not even a detail of asking how I am doing with the cuts. Terrible state of the apartment, and customer service. In addition, the apartments smell very musty.

Absolutely outstanding. Clean, comfortable, modern. The owner was personally involved in helping us get settled in and gave us extremely helpful advice to aid us on our Camino de Santiago journey. No doubt this will be one of the accommodation highlights of our trip.

Poorest place ever, super dirty and cheap.

I wasn't going to post a review since I know the damage they do to small establishments, but thanks to the cynical response the owner gave us on Booking.com, I feel compelled to do so, and I'll be generous nonetheless. We stayed in one of the shared rooms since we were just passing through, and for the price we paid (€55), we at least expected a minimum of cleaning, which was NOT the case. As soon as we entered, we found the window open, making it quite cool. We quickly realized it: the room smelled nauseatingly damp, like when you leave the washing machine on for hours—literally, maybe—and they had hung sachets of lavender to cover it up. The sheets were excessively old, there were rugs that I hid because I felt disgusted by them, and the towels, which were ECRAN promotional items, smelled damp, so we preferred not to use them and use the ones we had from our trip. By dawn, our clothes were slightly damp from the same humidity in the room, which was very unpleasant, and if we left an EMPTY pastry box, it was simply because there wasn't even a trash can in the room. On the other hand, when they blame us for not making the bed, considering we were leaving that same day, it makes me think they might not even change the sheets. Post-edit: To make matters worse, in their response, they even went to the trouble of looking me up on Facebook to see where I worked. That's not very normal...

I'm giving one star because it won't let me give it a lower rating. To start with, we already had trouble accessing the reserved room. When the owner opened the door, it gave off an unpleasant, musty smell. They tried to mask the smell with air fresheners on hangers, but they couldn't. The room was dirty and covered in cobwebs; we think the sheets hadn't been changed because of the smell. I see in other reviews that the owner always makes excuses, but all the comments are true. I don't recommend it to anyone.
