The apartments were lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much. Lucrezia was incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay. The apartment was clean and cozy with comfortable furnishings. The highlight was the large windows in the living area which let you enjoy the stunning views of Valcarlos and the Pyrenees. Would absolutely recommend this place.
Awful experience. We stayed one night. One of the badly fitted bathroom screens fell on top of us and caused a lot of cuts all over my body to because it was badly fitted. When calling the owner, she did not apologize or ask how it had been, only after a while she brought a band-aid and left. We have tried to get in touch with them for a claim form and they do not want to give it to us, they tell us to go and listen to it there, when we are from Madrid. Not even a detail of asking how I am doing with the cuts. Terrible state of the apartment, and customer service. In addition, the apartments smell very musty.
Absolutely outstanding. Clean, comfortable, modern. The owner was personally involved in helping us get settled in and gave us extremely helpful advice to aid us on our Camino de Santiago journey. No doubt this will be one of the accommodation highlights of our trip.
Poorest place ever, super dirty and cheap.
The apartments, the views, the location and the attention of the host are wonderful. The Apartments are cared for down to the smallest detail, very beautiful, cozy and clean. We spent some very pleasant, quiet days, in complete peace and nature. Definitely we will return.
