This is a wonderful apartment! I have stayed here many times with my pilgrim groups. The place is clean, convenient, and the owner is a wonderful person! Highly recommended! It is a quick walk outside the city walls to/from the apartment.
I stayed here overnight with my brother on September 18th. The apartment is incredible, with four very spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which even has a hydromassage shower. The living room is enormous, as is the kitchen. The service from Jota, the owner, is excellent, a 10/10. He provides everything he can about the apartment and even helps you with any questions you may have, both about Viana and the surrounding area. He even leaves milk, cocoa/coffee, and cookies for breakfast, a truly appreciated touch.
We stayed as a family, with 3 children and 4 adults. The house is very spacious and bright, and comes very well equipped with everything from soap, towels, sheets, and blankets to board games, a stereo, books, magazines... Even in the kitchen, we had cartons of milk, cookies, hot chocolate mix, instant coffee... and of course, everything else you could possibly need in the kitchen. A note about the coffee maker: for those who like to bring their own coffee, it's a filter type. Parking is easy right outside the door, or just 25 meters away. The location is very quiet and well-connected. In just 12 minutes (clockwise) by car, and at a leisurely pace, you can reach the very center of Logroño on excellent roads.
Very spacious and cozy apartment, with wonderful views from the balcony. The owner is very nice and always there for whatever you need. My wife and I have been going for 3 years in a row in summer since apart from the beauty of the city there is also a small water park just 5 minutes from the apartment. For those who like history, at the foot of the church is buried the legendary Caesar Borgia, son of Pope Alexander VI. Of course we will return this year.
I am a Korean pilgrim! This is heaven! It is spacious, from the washing machine to the bathtub!! I had such a happy rest. Cheaper price than a hostel! Better facilities than a ship!!
