This is a wonderful apartment! I have stayed here many times with my pilgrim groups. The place is clean, convenient, and the owner is a wonderful person! Highly recommended! It is a quick walk outside the city walls to/from the apartment.
I stopped here to sleep with my brother on September 18th. The apartment is incredible, 4 very spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them even with a hydromassage column. The living room is huge and so is the kitchen. The treatment from Jota, the owner, is excellent, a 10. He provides you with everything he can about the apartment and even helps you with any questions you may have, both about Viana and the nearby area. In addition, it even leaves you with milk, cocoa/coffee and cookies for breakfast, a very appreciated detail.
We were as a family, with 3 children and 4 adults. The house is very spacious and bright, it comes very well equipped with everything, from soap, towels, sheets, blankets to board games, music system, books, magazines... And even in the kitchen we had some cartons of milk, cookies , colacao, nescafé... and of course everything you may need in the kitchen. A note about the coffee maker, for those of you who like to take your coffee with you, it is a filter type. It is easy to park right at the door, or just 25 meters away. The place is very quiet, and is very well connected. In just 12 minutes (by clock) by car and without running you reach the center of Logroño on very good roads
I am a Korean pilgrim! This is heaven! Spacious and everything from a washing machine to a bathtub!! I had a very happy rest. The price is cheaper than a hostel! A better facility than Albae!!
Very spacious and cozy apartment, with wonderful views from the balcony. The very nice owner is always there for whatever you need, my wife and I have been going for 3 years in a row in the summer since apart from the beauty of the city there is also a small aquapark nearby. just 5 minutes from the apartment. For those who like history, the mythical Caesar Borgia, son of Pope Alexander Vl, is buried at the foot of the church. Of course this year we will return.
