Palacio de Pujadas by MIJ

A nice hotel in a really nice old town. Rooms are not the most modern one, but it fits as it is. Personell is friendly, also english speaking. There was just one unfriendly experience with one of the waitresses, because I was going wrong way direction staircase. Maybe she did not have her best day.

Bedbugs. The staff were very gracious and helpful to the situation. We were given a refund, and assisted to another lodging. They did their best with the situation.

Sounds like everyone loves this place but us. Great location, our room was a disaster. When I told the receptionist the thermostat would not warm the room, she said they only had cooling in the room, despitewhat the thermostat indicated. When I told her the room was cold, she said there are blankets in the closet. The closet door would not slide open until I managed to place it back on the runner. The shower head mount wasn't designed for the shower head so we had to hold it by hand. The bedside lamp came unsecured and dangled like a tetherball. The toilet flush pushbutton came loose and I think that's it. Other than that the place was ok.

Extremely comfortable room with great views and completely adjustable temperature as well as comfortable lounging areas and great character. The food downstairs is quite good. My favorite stay on the Camino!

We didn’t spend the night at this hotel unfortunately because it was full, but we wanted to thank you Maite and her colleague at the reception for helping us with a difficult situation last night when we had been closed out from our Albergue and didn’t have anywhere to sleep. Very professional and helpful service! Would love to come back to this hotel if we will ever go to Viane again
