I reserved a room at this alburgue the morning of, and when I arrived a man started yelling at me to get out and said they were closed. I tried to say I had a reservation and he shut the door in my face. When I remembered a second later that I had shipped my bag there and needed to pick it up, he refused to open the door for me until I started yelling that he had my bag. With no apology, he waved his hand at a door a half a block away and shut the door in my face again. Found the bag, and only posting this to warn other pilgrims away (though, I expect he will post a nasty reply as he did on the other reviews on google I read about several other people having a similar experience). I only wish I had seen them before!
We were here at the end of the season. Nice beds but really hot since they were nice enough to turn on the heat but we didn’t think to open windows.
The private room was really gorgeous. Very quiet. Great food in the restaurant and a lovely garden social area.
Fresh tasty salad with tuna and so much more - good portion for 2 people Great calamares and hummus We took tapas raciones or portions
Very nice place, tasty dinner, clean quet rooms! Host even helped ua with hairdryer to dry our boots so we can keep un walking next day
