Even though rooms nice and clean, water was lukewarm. When we brought it to their attention they argued with us and refused to compromise. They yelled and screamed at us and asked us to leave. We paid full asking price for the room and opted to stay because the weather was bad and we had not organised for somewhere else to stay. It certainly soured what a had been a good day.

Close to the square. Quiet accommodation. Shower door is good. Strong hot water pressure. Keys (door & entrance). Bar operated (Siesta available). No washer & dryer. Combined use as wall air conditioner & heater.
Absolutely magnificent and close treatment. The rooms are very spacious and very clean, as well as beautiful and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is simple and very clean. The bar is fabulous. It has everything and at very affordable prices. It's a great place to return to. In addition, they always have a smile for the traveler and that is a gesture that not all people who work in hotels or hostels have with those who are passing through. It is a highly recommended site.
Bem localizado, boa opção para uma cidade sempre cheia que é Villa Franca del Bierzo. Preços médios, sem café da manhã. Não há preços especiais para peregrinos. Local limpo, bom atendimento. Há um bar vinculado ao hostal, mas não abre cedo, ou seja não é possível tomar café da manhã.
