Really great, new and comfortable rooms. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
A new hotel in a magnificent location, with unbeatable service from the staff, and, most importantly, perfectly soundproofed. We stayed this weekend during the Fiestas del Cristo (Christ Festival). The hotel is located in the Plaza Mayor. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the square, lined with terraces and the Town Hall directly opposite. We were able to follow the proclamation from our balcony and the evening festivities. We couldn't hear a thing inside the room. Highly recommended.
We took a 4-day trip in August to enjoy the area and we were delighted with our choice. We were surprised by how nice the hotel is; it's much better than the photos show. The soundproofing is outstanding in such a central location; you can sleep perfectly, even though the square is full of terraces and people. The cleanliness was impeccable, the room very comfortable, with a convenient laundry area, and the air conditioning was essential on these hot days. The reception staff were very friendly. The proximity to restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and all the services we needed was also a big plus. We will definitely be back.
I went with my daughter for a couple of days, and we were very comfortable. The hotel was new and very charming. We slept wonderfully. The staff was very attentive and super friendly. We had breakfast in the hotel cafeteria, and it was very good. We felt very at ease. Highly recommended. And Villafranca, a charming place!
Hotel in Villafranca Square. Spectacular views, incredible staff, and most importantly, 10-star rooms. I haven't been this comfortable in a long time. I hope we can come back soon. Thank you for everything.
