Bed bugs confirmed. No water fill that we could find. No curtains in our room, incredibly bright light shines in room. Rude hospitalero, poor signage. So many better places for the same or near the same price. Pass on this one. Good restaurants nearby but if this place served food... I would not eat it. Not clean.
This is your opportunity to stay in a historically significant building that is simply amazing! The stairs and hallways make one feel they are in a palace. The rooms are spacious! Carmen take great care, checking in each customer and showing them to their room and walking them to the other facilities such as the luggage storage and laundry area. This place is a one minute walk from the beautiful town Square. I’m very happy I stayed here to have a chance to see this building and meet lovely Carmen .
Bed bugs! Double private room. Then the hostess says I am lying. I take her and find another bed bug and then she doesnt want to refund me. Takes my things and throws it out. She causes a tantrum! Now I'm going to try to get money back.
No WiFi, the woman refused to unlock the kitchen, the dryer is broken, there is only about 3 electrical outlets for a room with 10 beds, and we all awoke to bedbugs in the room. The bedbugs were in all the blankets, which are stored folded on the bed before you arrive, so even if you chose to bring a sleeping bag, good luck.
The building is beautiful! There are no bunk beds, which is great. However, I got bedbug bites in my arms the next day. Be careful if you are staying here.
