Tu & Mi Villafranca

The most amazing hosts!! My husband got food poisoning while we were here in Villa Franca and they bent over backwards for us!!! They helped get a taxi to the hospital then when there wasn’t a taxi available their brother came to pick us up!! They provided arrangements for our taxi to the next destination!! They have been so very kind!! The apartment is clean, beautiful, and has everything you need for a confortable stay!! It is quiet and shutters provide a nice dark evening. The patio looks out to the most beautiful mountains and city!! I can’t say enough!! Even though my husband was sick I will always remember the kind hearts of the hosts!!

Stayed here 2 nights while walking the camino. This apartment is spacious with 2 large rooms and 2 excellent large walk-in showers. It has a full kitchen, nice sized living area and very nice elevated patio. Everything appears to be new and the apartment has an overall fresh look and feel and is ultra clean. The host has been over the top accommodating with anything we needed and he replies to messages quickly. The location of the apartment is central to Villafranca with several bars and restaurants right outside the door. You just cannot go wrong if you stay here. I honestly cannot think of one thing that could be better! Edit: due to a knee injury I had to taxi from Villafranca to O Cebreiro but there were no taxis available when I had to leave. Our host offered to take me in his personal car. When we arrived in the mountains of O Cebreiro it was raining and my host assisted with backpacks and check in all the while getting soaking wet from the rain. He didn’t complain and refused payment for the ride. Wow! That’s what best friends do for each other. It’s obvious this person is of the highest character!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very clean, bright, and very welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the city center but without any noise. A magnificent apartment, clean, spacious, well-maintained and equipped, tastefully decorated, and in an unbeatable location. We worked with Elisa, who was charming and very friendly. The customer service was top-notch, and everything was made easy. The best option for spending a few days in Villafranca del Bierzo and visiting the beautiful region. We felt right at home, so we're looking forward to returning next year. Thanks to Elisa for all her thoughtful touches.

I would give it 10 stars if possible. Fantastic experience, one of the best places I've ever stayed. Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated. Excellent cleanliness. Very well-equipped in every way. Very comfortable beds. Ideal for couples or families with older children. Terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the town, making it quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep. Unbeatable location right on the main square with local shops below and restaurants nearby. They provided us with a map of the town and thoughtfully left us a bottle of mineral water and some fruit, which we greatly appreciated upon arrival. They have a wonderful selection of local wines that you can enjoy and pay for by leaving the amount on the dining table. We will definitely be back!
