I absolutely loved my stay here while on the Camino. If you're not a pilgrim or have been staying in hotels, it might not feel like a lot. But if you're like me and stay mostly at municipal albergues, this place feels like the lap of luxury. Each bunk has its own little lamp, locker, and you get your own cotton towel, which is like heaven after using those little microfiber travel towels all the time. There are plastic covers on the bed to protect against potential bedbugs, which always makes me feel 10x more comfortable than the places that have bare mattresses, pluscotton sheets! Carlos is very kind and the little breakfast in the morning was nice The kitchen is small, but well-stocked with cookware if you want to cook. There are also a lot of those small touches that feel standard at home, but that you rarely see in albergues, like paper napkins on the kitchen table, a clean hand towel in the kitchen, and hand soap in the bathroom. Plus, there's a free coffee dispenser! 9/10 stars. My only negative point is that the bathroom situation has the toilet and shower in the same space, undivided, which means you can really only have one person using it at a time unless you are both comfortable with each other. And, in the low season, the bathroom wasn't even a problem because it wasn't busy at all and you didn't have to worry about people queing to shower or use the toilet. A very clean, lovely stay. 6-Star B&B. Very friendly landlord, who also the owner of the restaurant next to it. Great food. The design in the bunk bed rooms are well thought through. Separate toilets for the males and females. Includes breakfast. FREE coffee machine! Supermarket is 8-11min away. Kitchen available for cooking and eat in. Excellent stay! Buen Camino!
The owner is super nice and incredibly warm! You can feel the friendliness the moment you walk in. After walking the whole day, stepping into the shop felt like being completely restored. The food is delicious and the quality is great .This is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss.
You definitely have to stop and enjoy the special treatment Carlos reserves to each one of his guests! So grateful he was so attentive to our needs and made each of us feel unique and special! 🥰
Perfect Accommodation on my Camino, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Rooms are quiet and the common areas are comfortable. Don't be put off by the external truck stop. It really is perfect 👌
