This place is absolutely phenomenal! Literally the best value you will get for 16 euro on the way. It felt like a luxury hotel! Single beds, well spaced with individual bedside tables and lamps and space to hang things. The bar/restaurant feels super fancy and the food and wine (pilgrim meal) was absolutely delicious. The owner and his mum in the kitchen were so unbelievably friendly and kind (we arrived late after walking 32km in rain and he even turned down the bed sheets for us when he showed us our beds). DEFINITELY BOOK HERE!
Extraordinary place. Had a private room which was very large. Comfortable and clean. Bathroom small but functional. Walk-in shower which I prefer with both rain and regular shower heads. Had dinner at the restaurant which was fantastic (dinner starts at 7 pm). And finally the staff is amazing.
Very friendly welcome and spacious rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our dinners were very good, as well. We would definitely stay here again!
I read some reviews saying that some reservations were cancelled and those guests were asked to move to a different location so I was worried at first. However, I did not experience any issues and enjoyed my stay here. Bedding was comfortable and staff were very friendly.
One of my best experiences on the 1000 km way that I did! Fantastic owner, so caring and thoughtful, large and stylish dormitories without bunkbeds, lovely garden and restaurant to chill. Still feeling grateful!
