Albergue San Antonio de Padua

A great place to stopover on the alternative Camino route. Maria was a wonderful and welcoming host. The place was very clean and the communal dining a fun experience and delicious fresh food. The only downside was the thin walls if you have noisy neighbours. Beautiful garden to relax in after your walk.

I had a really lovely stay here. Maria, the host, was extremely kind and welcoming. The albergue is right at the entrance of the village, with a view over the fields. I slept well because it was very peaceful - but the best thing was the communal dinner - it was a lovely evening sharing stories with other pilgrims over an absolutely delicious meal - the food was the best I've had on the camino, and there was really good wine too. I highly recommend it!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this albergue during my Camino journey. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for tired pilgrims. The food was absolutely delicious—home-cooked, hearty, and exactly what you need after a long day of walking. It was clear that a lot of care and love went into each meal. Sharing dinner with fellow pilgrims here was one of the highlights of my Camino experience. I left feeling well-rested, well-fed, and genuinely grateful for the hospitality. Thank you for creating such a peaceful and warm place to recharge. Highly recommended to any pilgrim passing through!

The host is an absolutely beautiful soul. She made sure we’re well taken care of, cooked us an amazing meal for dinner and was super warm and inviting. Really enjoyed my night there.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, welcoming, with private rooms both with and without bathrooms as well as traditional alburgue style. Good food. My highest compliments to the hosts who are very kind and accommodating.
