Getting down from Roncesvalles to here it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing I had salad, pork ribs uffff delicious and local ice cream dessert. I would definitely recommend this place for pilgrims. Service was amazing and I had a really good night sleep
Rooms are alright. Bed is fine. We have no lights in one of the room but I guess the staff dont know what to do about it. Bad experience with one other pilgrim who rudely shhhh people in their sleep because they snore and also shake the ladies bed and shine his torch light at them.
Great stay in female dorm (no snoring). Dinner was tasty and plentiful. Great night’s sleep. Friendly staff
Did not stay in the albergue but definetely recommend the communal dinner as a great option in town! A nice menu for around 19 EUR. You need to buy ahead of time when you get in Zubiri.
I stayed here early April on the Camino. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are decent for a hostel (plenty of hot water). There are drying racks in the back garden for your laundry. Wifi is gratis and fast. It is in an older building; so, each bed does not have its own plug. Depending on the room you are in, you may have to charge your phone away from your bed. There are bunks, but for an extra 2€ you can get a stand alone bed. The food is fantastic - the 17€ is well worth it. Breakfast is included in the bed price. They make sure you are full and it tastes great too. This meal felt like the convivial spirit of the Camino.
