My stay at Suseia was amazing. The garden is lovely, and the rooms are great, with your own reading light and charging point. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous dinner table that is perfect for the amazing food Sara cooks for the pilgrims. Great vegetarian options. And the host is extremely welcoming and sweet.
Stayed in October so the host didn't offer group dinners anymore. The town's power also went out during my stay due to a storm. Had to take a cold shower unfortunately. However the place was clean and the host was nice and despite the unforeseen challenges it was still a very nice stay.
Truly an extraordinary stay. May well end up being our best meal of the camino. Small albuerge with strong community vibe. Great hangout living room & garden. Washing area with soap and drying rack in the sun. The loveliest of hosts. It's tiny bit of a walk from town, and we were exhausted getting here after a difficult descent into Zubiri, but 100% worth it. Book now - she fills quickly!
Highly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay at Auberge Suseia. One of the best hostels on the entire Camino. Sara very kind woman very delicious food.
We stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. Check in by the host was great and everything was clean and perfect for any pilgrims. The kitchen space is good and we made our own breakfast. Coffee and snacks work on a trust system which is perfect too. I would stay here again and recommend it as an option in Zubiri.
