Excellent service. The owner was very kind, always asking if I needed something. Rebeca at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Raquel was also very nice, she was working in the evening. The hotel has an incredible decoration, that makes it very cozy. It has elevators and good free wi-fi Excellent location to the heart of Avilés old town. The hotel serves breakfast for an additional fee. Lots of restaurants and coffee places all over Avilés.
The entrance and the reception area is amazing,the way to the rooms are well maintained and decorated. But when you arrive to the room coming the surprise.. The shower cabinet is moldy, the picture fram are covered with dust,I have running spiders in the bed and I can continue. The cleaner is doing a really really bad job
We stayed two nights at charming Hotel Don Pedro. The host was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The location was perfect. We'll stay there again if we ever get to go back to Avilés. Highly recommended. (from Dorothy)
Fantastic hotel. Came to Aviles for one night ended up staying three! All the staff are super friendly, Rebeca, Paula and Marcial. Room was immaculate clean, great bed, breakfast was good, and the price is excellent value. Loved it, really a charming place. Super recommended.
Really nice place. In the best spot of the city. The person on the reception was kind. The only thing, which didn't let me sleep, was big party in one of the bars on the street, up to 02.00 o'clock. I know is not the hotels fault. I should have to be asked for a silent room For the rest, I definitely recommend that hotel Thank you
