Hotel La Serrana

Its very well located and clean. The rooms are big, but basic. Its a good value ! If you go by car, consider you will have to pay parking, as its a pedestrian zone you can get in only if aurhorized and arounf its payable during the week, and even though on booking it was not clearx the parking is extra 15 euros per day.

Lots of noise pollution from the hotel and outside the hotel. Could here talking and doors opening and closing in hotel. So not much sleep. Bed springs make a noise each time you move on the bed and lost shape. Breakfast was so boring. Not worth the stay or a re-visit! Service at the restaurant next door was lovely the afternoon and evening but breakfast lady very unfriendly and obviously should not work with cutomers 😑

Wifi was down for the first 8 hours after I arrived, but was eventually restored. Rooms are nice and clean but beds are a little low and harder than I like. Noise from hallways is not insulated although none came from outside. I was cold the entire time and no heat ever came on. Glad the tile floors were only in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but quite small compared to other hotels I've been at on this trip. Croissant, juice, yogurt and one coffee was all I could get out of them.

Great location. The room was comfortable if a little basic. Facilities within the hotel were a little limited. We didn't try the breakfast because it wasn't included in the price of the room although others said it was good value for money. The service at the front desk was always good and the staff were very friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. They run as a hotel and restaurant, of which we had a one night stay on the 4th floor. The hotel was nice from the inside and in great location. The room was clean, bed comfortable, had one large dedk, 2 night stands, big closet, minifridge, TV, bathtub, hairdryer. No noise came from outside or neighbors.
