Modern and bright spacious apartment situated in central old town. Lots of activities are easily accessed. 3 minutes walking to the skybridge to get to Niemeyer museum and there river walk.

Very well-equipped apartment with modern decor. The location is excellent, although parking is very difficult unless you pay for it. The main problem is that there is no elevator and the stairs are NARROW and, I would say, dangerous, especially for children and the elderly, considering you also have to carry suitcases.
A curious building across from Avilés with a lot of cultural activity. It's a shame that the access bridge was closed for maintenance on the day of our visit.
So far, the best apartment I've ever stayed in. Unbeatable value for money. Right next to the square, which I fell in love with. When I return, I won't look any further, that's for sure. I've read comments about the pillows and towels. For €200 for 4 nights for two people... I don't know what people are getting at, a 5-star hotel for €1,200... I don't know, I think it's great. Mine had a box spring and I slept very well, the windows are new and you can't hear a sound, the kitchen is great, everything is very clean.
