Palacio de Ferrera

The hotel is very well located, in the pedestrianized city center. It has all kinds of services nearby, restaurants, shops, and pleasant pedestrian streets for strolling. From the hotel, there is direct access to the parking lot and also to the Ferrera Gardens. The breakfasts are spectacular, with a wide variety of fruits, juices, cold cuts, and a variety of freshly prepared à la carte items.

They held a wedding with music until 5 a.m., right below the rooms. I couldn't sleep. When I called reception at 3 a.m., they said they were very sorry. A 5-star hotel should at least allow for rest, which is impossible. I think they could manage the situation so that if there's music from a wedding or event, they don't give rooms to people not involved in the event. Never again. We had 5 rooms reserved for a family matter, and they ruined the night for 10 of us on October 26th-27th, 2024. Not recommended at all.

The building is a true gem, and the hotel is full of fantastic corners, brimming with character, style, and unique details. Its location is unbeatable, with very easy access by car via the public parking. For a five-star hotel, the rooms are perhaps a little basic in terms of guest amenities, differing from the rest of the facilities. Breakfast is adequate in a magnificent dining room.

Fantastic service. We had the honor of celebrating one of my son's weddings there on Saturday, December 10th. The waitstaff were absolutely wonderful, a sentiment echoed by all the guests. They were true professionals. The reception staff were also fantastic. Thank you so much to everyone.

A beautifully restored place that maintains its classic style.
