During the Camino, Good location and useful facilities, including a microwave, kettle, and small kitchen. I enjoyed my stay—great value for money. However, I was not happy with the booking process through Booking.com. I received multiple messages saying my credit card was invalid, so I tried again and eventually used a second card. Later, I found out that €100 was charged as a deposit to my first card without my permission, and €62 was charged to the second card for the room. You should not charge a deposit without informing or getting consent from the guest. At the moment, the €100 is still pending on my credit card. For future guests, please get permission before processing any charges. Aside from this issue, I was happy with the hotel and had a pleasant stay.
In many cases, it is more appropriate to refrain from making judgments, as the images provided offer a clear and objective representation of the situation. The room has a high level of humidity, with dirty curtains and clothing from previous guests in the closets. Furthermore, the temperature is noticeably low due to a window that does not close properly. Despite the complaints filed, the response received has been one of indifference, with no reply received from management.
Impeccable, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean in every area. A comfortable and pleasant place where the attention to detail is evident from the moment you arrive. Perfect for spending one or more nights with a wide variety of things to do in the area. I'll definitely be back!
Initially, it was fine and the service was adequate, but the accommodation needs improvement. The sheets had hair on them, the mattress had blood stains, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. It could also use a fresh coat of paint. I couldn't sleep well because at 5:30 a.m. the downstairs neighbors were talking very loudly; they should make it clearer that quiet hours are respected. We had to insist to get our €100 deposit back. A loading and unloading area would be useful, as it's difficult to get luggage from the nearest parking lot.
I spent this weekend there with my partner. We were delighted with the apartment and the location. I'd just like to point out that there's no Thai bed outside, but everything else is. I missed some cooking utensils and that there were two glasses instead of one. We also missed a broom since the apartment isn't cleaned every day. Just a note for you to keep in mind. The stay was perfect.
