There are not enough closets. Too many stairs for an elderly person. The pillows are dirty and smell musty, as does the living room armchair. Two mattresses have spiders or dust mites. The upstairs neighbors and cleaning staff are very noisy. The bathroom has no ventilation. Not recommended.
The apartment is very nice, right in the center of Avilés, next to the town hall and Plaza de España. It's very spacious and has a full kitchen and a hydromassage shower. We stayed with our three children and were very comfortable. The area is very quiet despite being in the center because the rooms overlook a square. We'll be back next summer.
Very spacious, clean, and well-located apartment in the heart of Avilés. I didn't give it 5 stars because there are a lot of stairs to access the apartment, and we were traveling with a small child. Otherwise, great! 👍
Great apartment! Very cozy and well-maintained. We were delighted. And the treatment from the managers was incredible. We'll definitely be back.
The apartment in general was great, except the bed frames were broken and we couldn't sleep comfortably, in fact we had to put the mattresses on the floor.
