Warning. Do not book here. You will be accused of being a liar when you report a problem. When we arrived, it was a strong smell of thinner in the apartment. So stŕong that you couldn't stay, due to renovation in the building. We complained to Baps apartment and wanted to be refunded. Instead, I was accused of being a liar and we needed to pay for a hotel in Bilbao in addition.
Perfect location, walking distance to Casco Viejo and a bit more to the Guggenheim, but all doable and very enjoyable along the river. Tiny grocery stores close by, perfect to buy items for breakfast.. Loved the parking arrangement with the host for 16 euros in a close by parking lot. The space is not big and we were 4, but it totally served the main purpose which was to be in a central location and enjoy Bilbao in walking distance. Very good communication and easy check in.
It smells..bad neighborhood...rat in ceiling and too small to eat decently
