A wonderful place to stay when spending some time in Bilbao. My suite was absolutely perfect, and the service at reception was very friendly and professional. The suite was brand new with all the amenities you need. It overlooked the gorgeous square, but with windows that provide good insulation against the noise of the city. Everything was within walking distance, and my car was safely parked in their private car park. I highly recommend!
Perfect location in downtown Bilbao. The hotel suite we stayed in was a vibe - felt like home, with a comfy bed and tastefully decorated furnishings. We got the balcony suite - which I recommend! Thank you to the attentive staff and folks at reception for ensuring we had a comfortable stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
All pros ... no cons. For all the picky people......Location is superb. Rooms are beyond clean. King size bed, 4 pillow and soft sheets. Shower has great water pressure. Handheld steamer works fabulous. Fully stocked kitchenette with complimentary large glass bottle of water. The only bad part was that we only stayed one night. Staff was very friendly. And a washer/ dryer and dryer room available for a small fee. And must add, very quiet. We had an interior room , #303. Slept like a baby. Gracias!
A beautiful place to stay, overlooking the park. We chose a balcony room, and glad we did. We loved overlooking the trees. Great location, super clean, comfy beds, wonderful decor, kind and friendly staff. We’ve stayed in a few places in Bilbao and this one is honestly the best.
Batimont Suites & Apartments is in a great area and looks promising at first glance. The rooms are simple but tastefully decorated, and the building itself is well maintained. Unfortunately, savings are made where it matters most: the mattress and pillows — I slept very poorly. The most frustrating issue, however, was the non-functioning air conditioning, which is centrally controlled. For two days, the room temperature couldn’t be lowered below 23°C. The fan provided was too noisy, so I had to open the window — which quickly filled the room with mosquitoes. The staff at reception were understanding but did nothing to improve the situation or offer any compensation. At 7 a.m. during checkout, no one was at the front desk, so there was no chance to follow up. Bottom line: Despite its good location and clean appearance, this place is not recommended — mainly due to poor room climate and disappointing customer service.
