Ok for the price, small rooms and shower.
Excellent choice due to its proximity to the metro and amenities like a kitchen and laundry facilities. The rooms, while simple, are clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. Sometimes you can hear noise from the neighborhood, but it never disturbed my sleep. It has blackout blinds, which are operated by buttons near the window.
Our experience was very good. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The kitchen facilities were very well-equipped. Regarding noise, it's true that the walls are thin, but the other guests respected the noise. The location isn't central, but the neighborhood is good, and the metro is just two minutes away. The manager was very attentive, and the maintenance woman was also very friendly. We recommend this place and will stay there again.
My experience was terrible. I checked in online and went into the room to leave my things. I left, and when I tried to enter later, they wouldn't let me in. I called, and they told me I hadn't checked in. I told them I had, and they let me in (my things were inside). I confirmed I had checked in (half an hour later, there would have been no one there to help me; I don't know what would have happened). When I arrived, I found the bathroom flooded. I sent them a photo and video. Since it was late, their solution was to put some towels in the puddle, and that was it, because no one could get in. The bathroom door also wouldn't close. A very bad experience. They offered no solutions.
The room and bathroom are very new and everything is very clean. A highly recommended option for visiting Bilbao. It has a kitchen, washer, and dryer.
