Blue Bilbao

Nice room in excellent location and it was very quiet. Comfy beds. All automated so didn't meet anyone. Had an issue when the entry code to the room didn't work but this was resolved within about 5 mins. Good value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was a good size and had all the facilities I wanted. Shops, cafes and restaurants were nearby. Also bus stops and a metro station was close by.

So central, so easy to self check in, spotless room That the window looked straight onto a wall worked in our favour- it meant pitch dark, absolute silence and thus deepest of sleeps. We coming back !

This is a great place for a few nights in Bilbao with a great location and a good price! Beds were comfortable, fan was great for warmer weather (no AC though), and everything was very clean! I would highly recommend! Additionally great customer service and support with their sister hotel, which is only 200m away. My husband left his cell phone in a taxi in Seville, and our hotel manager, Fernando, was able to help us. He set up a private courier service to send the phone directly to the reception! Amazing service and we are so thankful to Fernando! Thank you again!

I had a great stay! The room and bathroom were very clean. The location was really unbeatable, so well located for exploring the old town and the rest of the city, plus it was cool to enter through the grand-feeling door and foyer. My room faced an internal courtyard so while it didn’t get much sunlight, it was incredibly quiet and even during Aste Nagusia festivities I could not hear any noises from the street which was great. My only complaint is that the WiFi did not reach my room. 108, :( it worked well in the common area but the signal was lost in my room.
