It is a very nice hotel. There were everything that we can need in the rooms. The cleaning service is quite good and special common areas were detaily organized. I always saw someone in the reception to attend us. The location facilitates to reach everything because it is very easy to walk to the city centre and go to the airport.
Someone broke the window of our van in the hotel’s parking (which we had paid for), and several of our belongings were stolen. The management refused to give us an extra night's stay or a refund, even though we lost a day filing a police report and couldn't sleep in our van as usual because we no longer had a window. I would like to point the quality of the bedding and the kindness of the receptionist, who really did everything he could to help us. It's a shame that his superiors showed so little empathy and seemed to prioritize money over people.
The service and reception staff were incredibly helpful, polite and warm. The location couldn’t be better - we got dropped off by the airport bus right outside - and the room was spacious, comfortable and well designed! Would stay again and would recommend. If only we could find the bathroom light switch - haha 😅
Honestly, great quality given the price and the location is amazing; really close to the Guggenheim Museum and very walkable to the main spots of Bilbao! All the staff were very nice and friendly
The room was very stylish, spacious, had everything you’d need. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. One minor detail is that the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, in the room we stayed in at least. Didn’t negatively impact the stay however we were expecting a double bed. That being said would definitely recommend as we had a really enjoyable stay.
