The location of the hotel is superb. Right in the historical center of the city. The room was well equipped and spotless clean. The bed and pillows were of the best kind. There were tea and coffee available in the room. The only downside might be the lack of a breakfast option. But that is not an issue that much, there are plenty of available cafes open from early morning around.
Code stopped working the first day of my stay. Had to wait until 2pm for reception to be open for this to fixed. Receptionist was rude and offered no apology.
Maybe it was not the best room of this establishment (#104), but it was an awful one night stay, here is why: - no way to fall asleep before 1:30 at night (you are on the 1 floor just above 2+ cafes that are pretty loud even after closure during terrace tables collection, secondly our view was directed to a big square, that some noisy car started to wash after midnight for 1-1.5 hours, time to time signaling to the driver about the obstacles around) - inside the room there were no blackout roletes, only bold curtains. + There is a big (~8cm) green light on the ceiling that cannot be turned off at night) - conditioning system is located the way that it blows directly on your head on the bed. even on the minimum score it feels like a decent wind. Without it, it would be too hot to sleep. No way to adjust it to be ok - idk where was that pleasant service from other comments, no smile during check in, jo goodbye during checkout) don't need it, just strange Half of the rooms are directed to that square, so think before booking if you can sleep comfortably with noises and some lights From good things, it is a budget room, pretty clean (aside from obvious dust), even has an iron.
Excellent location very clean and reasonably priced but the bonus are the staff ! So nice and Bosad is the most unique person I’ve ever met. Definitely will return ❤️
The Bypillow Bilbo staff have been beyond kind and helpful during my ordeal with a double booking through another platform. They really showed what hospitality is before I even got a chance to stay there. Thank you a million times for everything
