Good value & good location. 15-20 minutes walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Which in my opinion is perfect, especially at times when you have just eaten a big meal and need a little walk off time! Has many supermarket options close by (a few less than 5 mins) which are useful for grabbing drinks & snacks before a siesta. I think for its price it’s very fair, it’s a nice modern well located hotel. In places like England or Italy you would not get anything this nicely decorated for this price! We stayed for 6 nights and only found there was a little noise outside on one or two nights. But this wasn’t a problem - it’s a city, people are enjoying life, what do you expect?! Other than that, it was extremely quiet. The only criticism I have is that our room did not have a privacy sign for the door to let cleaners know it was occupied in the mornings. The cleaners start quite early so we felt a little pressured to be up and out early each day - though towards the end of the trip we saw another room had one on their door, so realised we probably should’ve just asked for one at reception.
Calm and lovely clean hotel. My only downfall would be not having reception available 24/7 and not sure about rest but my bedroom had no balcony. I do underetand they might have bedrooms with balcony, but in this day and age every hotel bedroom should have one
BYPILLOW Irala is basically fine. It’s convenient that you can store your luggage in lockers upon arrival, which is handy if your room isn’t ready yet. However, the reception has rather odd opening hours, making check-in and general inquiries a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside is the price – €160 per night was completely unjustified for what’s offered. At that rate, you would expect more comfort and better service.Overall, it’s okay for one night, but not worth the price!
The hotel is well located and you can reach all neighbourhoods on foot within 15 minutes. The staff is very nice and courteous and the hotel is clean. Good wifi, kettle and mini fridge in the room. The room is rather small but has good storage space for luggage. The hotel is rather ring-fenced and you can hear the street and your room neighbours well - but this is normal for a city, especially at the weekend
I could not fault this boutique hotel. It is basic but the receptionist was friendly. The bed & pillows comfortable. The shower spacious & as hot as you like. Complimentary hot beverages & bedside water a bonus. We are going to stay here again.
