Casual Fuentes

Excellent central location in Casco Viejo Bilbao. Just in the center but very quiet, I had a great sleep there🙂 My room was super cosy, very stylish and equipped with new furniture. Communication and online check-in super easy. Definitely worth 5* rating (or even more). Thanks 👍🏼

Really nice room in the centre of the old town close to all of the best restaurants and bars. The room was a great size and a great power shower too. The room had a cute little balcony and it was incredible how effective the windows were from blocking out the noise from outside. Though unfortunately we could hear all of the noise from other rooms including the sliding of the bathroom doors. Not ideal late at night. But all in all a great room.

Location of the hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo cannot be faulted nor cleanliness of the rooms, however, I’ve not given full stars for rooms and service due to there being no bathroom door which is just a no no, also the illuminated power switch for the mirror light is very disturbing when trying to get to sleep, a door would solve this problem. As this is a ‘reception-less’ establishment the only communication is via WhatsApp or email which lacks the personal touch, in fact it felt like staying in the private room of a youth hostel and even then there is a face at reception. Overall an enjoyable experience which I would recommend.

Location was spot on. Moreover, you get into the building, floor and room with a code which makes everything super easy. And the room itself was excellent, comfy bed, brand new and the bathroom and shower super modern, loved it!
